Following the picture last year, I would like to thank the literally hundreds of walkers, marshalls and spectators who asked after the welfare of
my feet. And also to thank you and the organisers for another immaculately
run Parish Walk.
Enclosed are photos of this years feet problems.
Fortunately my back collapsed this year at the Corrany, thereby nearly masking the pain in the feet much earlier than last year. As you can see the feet are much better than last year, partly from having received advice from the cream of Manx Athletes.
The caption on one of the pictures is because someone, calling themselves Jim Clough, took it from your website and sent it to the lads magazine FHM and was paid £50.00 for it when it was published. We tried to get them to cough up some money for the Running For Jack charity, but they declined.
Thanks again for another brilliant day (but a horrible night)
